My Ride K-12 App Setup
Parents and students can access their bus stop location, route and pick-up time on the My Ride K-12 App.
Using the Chrome browser, go to https://myridek12.tylerapp.com/
The links below have more information on downloading and using My Ride K-12. If you do not currently have an account, you will find information here to set one up.
Getting Started with My Ride K-12
Download the App
Search for My Ride K-12 in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download it to your device.
Open the App
Once installed, open the app.
Find your school district
When prompted, search for Colleton County School District and select it.
Create and Account (if needed)
If you do not already have an account, click Register.
Enter your email address, name, and create a password.
You will receive a confirmation email.
Click the link in that email to complete
your registration
Log In & Add Your Student(s)
After logging in, go to My Students and tap the + button to add a student.
Enter the required information, including the 5-digit student ID number, to your student.
Repeat this step to add additional students.
NOTE: Transportation staff cannot provide student ID numbers. You can find this information in the PowerSchool Parent Portal app or by visiting your school directly. Student identification information can not be given out over the phone.
View Student Information
Once linked, click on your student's name to view all relevant transportation details.
Share Access (optional)
To share your student's information with another parent/guardian, tap Share and enter their email address.
They will receive a confirmation email linking them to the student(s).
Recipients must also register My Ride K-12 to view the information.
Stay Updated
Check regularly for app updates to ensure you are using the latest version.
Keep the app logged in to receive important district notifications, even when the app is not open.
