Dear Bells Families,
My name is Angel Parker and I am very proud to serve as the principal at Bells Elementary School. I have been in education for 23 years I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Claflin University and a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University. During my years in the classroom, I taught sixth grade, second, third , and fifth grade in Allendale and Colleton County School Districts. I have nineteen years of classroom experience. I served as an assistant principal for three years before becoming the principal of Bells Elementary School in 2021.
I am a native of Colleton County. I am the proud mother of one son. I love going to the beach and spending time with my family. I also enjoy reading inspirational books.
I firmly believe that every child can exceed and that the cooperation between home and school builds trust and self-esteem in students. So our students can use their highest potential to shape their future, consequently, the future of our community and our nation. With my goal of advancing the culture of excellence here at Bells Elementary School, I am devoted to continually exploring new ideas to meet the needs of all
students and to interact with parents and community members more efficiently.
